If, at any time during the period 30 days from reciept of your first order from Alpha Watch Company, you are unhappy with your purchase FOR ANY REASON, you may return your order to us for exhange or for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise subject to the following conditions:

• The merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped to you in.
• We do not refund any shipping charges nor do we pay for shipping to return goods.
• We will credit the refund back to the credit card it was charged to.
• Please note that returns of merchandise totalling over $100 are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Therefore, you may want to buy $100 or less for your first order to be sure that you will be satisfied with our watches. We have been in business since 1950 and we want to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
• Please note that packages shipped that are refused by the intended recipient or otherwise not collected by recipient are not included under this policy and will be subject to the 25% restocking fee for the entire amount of any return regardless of the amount of the original order.
• We cannot accept returns and/or exchanges on accidental breakage.
