Alpha Watch stands behind our products. In the event you receive any product from us which is broken or otherwise non-functioning upon arrival please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) and we will arrange for repair or replacement. Do not return any items without receiving authorization from us.
We are pleased to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for all purchases. Shipping address and billing address must be the same or telephone verification may be necessary.
Most orders will be shipped within two business days (48 hours) provided merchandise is in stock and there are no other complications with your order.
We only charge sales tax if your shipping address is in New York State. New York State purchasers can avoid paying sales tax if they are purchasing the products for resale and have filed a Resale Certificate with Alpha Watch Company. The Resale Certificate can be faxed to us at 631.738.1190 When NYS buyers order online you will automatically be charged sales tax. If you fax in a certificate before we ship your order (or if a certificate is already on file) we will credit you back for the sales tax. No sales tax will be reimbursed retroactively. You may return or exchange your on-line purchases within the first 30 days for any reason whatsoever. Please include a a copy of your original invoice noting the items you are returning. Also please explain what you would like us to do (exchange for what or why returned). All returns or exchanges MUST be accompanied by the Invoice, be returned in the original packaging and be in the same condition it was shipped to you in. Returns will be credited back to the same credit card as the original charge.
Shipping and handling charges are not eligible to be refunded by the Returns Department.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on accidental breakage.
If returning to us by mail, we recommend that you send your package via a traceable method (FedEx, UPS or insured mail) and you may want to insure your package. Alphawatchwholesale.com is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in shipping.

Secure Ordering:
We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than AlphaWatchWholesale.com. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."
Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you'll be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. Most orders will be shipped within one to two business days provided merchandise is in stock and there are no other complications with your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm and on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Regular Shipping Options:
We currently only ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground does not deliver on weekends. Delivery to APO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will most likely be shipped Priority Mail and may incur additional costs as they must be shipped by air. We will contact you if there are any additional costs for your order. We will consider special shipping requests. As we update our shipping options they will be visible in the ordering process.
We will ship to anywhere in the world. Generally most shipping costs worldwide are displayed on the web site as part of the check out process (you must have at least $75 in merchandise in the basket and be signed into your account to see the shipping charges). However in some cases shipments outside of the United States will incur additional shipping charges to what is presented at check out. In those instances the additional shipping costs will be charged to the buyer's credit card prior to shipping.
Confirming Your Order:
If you've provided a valid email address when you order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number shortly after placing your order.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email from "Quantum View" once your order is shipped containing the UPS Tracking number. PLEASE check all your mailboxes for this email. Orders Shipped and Not Accepted by Customer:
Orders shipped, not collected or refused by the customer at the destination and returned to Alpha Watch Company will be subject to a 25% handling fee and shipping costs will not be refundable. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping with no penalty. Cancellations must be confirmed by Alpha Watch Company via email to be valid.
Incorrect Addresses and Address Corrections:
Incorrect addresses, re-routing of packages or other changes made as a result of customer error or other customer initiated changes not correctable by Alpha Watch Company prior to shipping that lead to delivery changes or problems, shall be subject to additional fees on a case by case basis.
Back Orders or Out of Stock Items:
While we make every effort to keep all products in stock, occasionally we may run out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, you will be notified immediately by email or telephone. At that time you may choose another item or remove that item from your order. Any out-of-stock items will be placed on back order unless you notify us that you would like to remove the item from your order.
When Will My Order Arrive?
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered within the Continental US, consider the following:
Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time won't be processed until the following business day. All orders are shipped UPS Ground (or USPS Priority Mail to areas outside the Continental US) unless other arrangements have been made. UPS Ground takes anywhere from 1 (within 200 miles of NYC) to 6 business days (western US states). Delivery only occurs on business days -- Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays. There are certain holidays that UPS does not pickup or deliver. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may cost more since they require air shipping.

Orders shipped outside of Canada and the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and all other International destinations will take longer to arrive. Typically international shipping times vary from 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the destination.
